I often re read this quote when I'm having a bad day and need to remind myself that things are not really as bad as they seem. Often when you feel down it is very hard to feel at all positive; I know that I struggle on certain days. On those days it becomes even more important to practice Gratitude. Try and think of a few things in your life that have made you happy. I try and do this as I go to sleep at night, just three things and however hard a day I have had I can find three things to be grateful for. Just looking at this photograph makes me grateful for: the seasons, the frosty days followed by sunny summers; the fields I can walk in near my home; and the sun that shines and warms our earth even on the frostiest days. Our abundant Mother Earth will always give us reasons to show gratitude.

Beautiful quote, thank you for sharing. Today is one of those days I needed to be reminded of gratitude. It seems like gratitude would be automatic or at least so simple when things are rough because seeing the things to be grateful for are always easier when times are good :) Blessings to you and thanks for a great post.
