As you fall asleep, think with gratitude of the day that has been today. It may have been a good day, it may not have been the day you had hoped for. Somewhere within that day there will have been things that you can be grateful for. Think of those things as you fall asleep, dwelling on the positive to help you through the night. Tomorrow is always a brand new dawn with its own hopes and dreams, whatever has happened the day before, a new light will make everything seem different.
