I know it sounds a little scripted but I do believe that happiness can be found in the little things; seeing a new snow-drop flower, having a lovely hot shower, blowing bubbles with your children. If we can each think about at least one thing that made us smile inwardly then today must have been an OK day, even if it sometimes seems like an uphill struggle. There is always something to be grateful for even if it is simply a smile from a stranger or a falling snowflake.
What makes you smile, what are your passions? Go out and live them xxxx
