Go placidly amidst the noise and haste and remember what peace there may be in silence..... Desiderata

It does us tremendous good to take time from our busy lives to listen to the silence and draw the peace from it. Nature has a tremendous amount still to teach us.

Through listening to the signs Mother Nature has to teach us we can continue along our spiritual path, it is often only by listening to the silence that we can slow down enough to hear what is truly important. Mother Earth has much to teach us about our own spirituality. Try and take some time out in your busy week to just sit quietly even if it is for only a few minutes, in a park, woodland or garden if possible and listen to the sounds and the quietness present in the nature around us.

Blessings to you all, Alison
