We can't always know the pain our friends feel but we can be there for them. We can never truly understand another's pain, we cannot walk in their shoes. What we can do though is just be there. We can't take the pain away but we can be a shoulder to cry on and a friend to talk to, eventually a friend to laugh again with. The best thing about having a true friend is that you are not alone, there is someone to turn to when times are hard.

I took this photograph at Glastonbury Tor. Glasonbury is said to be the heart chakra of the world due to the amazing energy of the ley lines that lie deep within the heart of the Tor, it is a very magickal place.

If you ever get the chance to go to Glastonbury Tor I fully recommend it, it is a wonderful place. I love to lie at the top of the Tor and feel that wonderful green earth energy surging through my body, it really charges your internal batteries.

This quote goes out to all my friends, some of whom I don't see from year to year as they live so far away, some I have only met online. I always know that they are there and always will be. Cherish your friends, include them when you are doing your Gratitude exercise at the end of the day, for it is a wonderful thing to have a friend.
